PvP means player vs player right? What about coop multiplayer games where the goal is to work with other people? Do those fall under PvP based games?

Sounds like you are looking for an autosplitter. Not all communities made one, you can retime the run from the video if you need miliseconds. Mods should do that anyway for you, though

It only affects new submissions I believe. You need to resubmit the existing runs.

You should look at speedruns of games you enjoyed casually. That's a good place to start.

Obviously, that can be done. Though, it is obvious if an attempt was not preformed live in most cases. At least with the games that I run. Usually sound gives it away since you smash your spacebar a lot. Sound may not match with your nohboard, there may be no sound at all, ect.

If you message someone whos account is less than 7 days old, let them be able to respond to you. I understand why you can't send messages with an account less than a week old but if you attempt to talk to someone with an account less than a week old I think they should be able to respond to your message.

This has probably been mentioned alot but this would be especially helpful for game moderators.

Basically what the people above me said is correct. Livestreaming clears alot of basic cheating suspicion (Splicing, mainly. You can't splice an attempt preformed live) this shouldn't matter though as not many games require this.

Your account needs to be 7 days old to submit a game request. This is to prevent potential troll submissions. However, there is nothing stopping you from running the game offline and then submitting the game request when your account is old enough.

Outlast 2 is one of the better casual horror games i've played. Its not very good for a speedrun though due to the way the game handles sequence breaking.

Resident evil 7 was also pretty good I played that recently but I wouldn't consider that "horror"

Is it somewhere in east Asia? You can't set your country as somewhere in east Asia unless you are actually living there currently, for some reason.

Considering the super sm64 community is huge its extremely extremely unlikely anything major will be found. It would have been found by now.

Good free games is pretty unlikely to come by but you can try what Oreo said.
