Someone has now submitted a run but it saves over 5 seconds over the current record so for now I'll assume that there are major differences and made a separate category.
I don't have the Steam version so you'll need to try out the shortcuts and see if there are enough differences to warrant a separate list. I will also mod anyone who is doing serious runs so they can verify their own runs, I only had to enable verification because of troll submissions.
You can beat mission 5 without alert by killing him near the exit and finishing the mission before the alert. It's a bit silly but possible.
Cool categories would be something like "Stealth" (0 alarms, bodies found, injuries), "Pacifist" (minimal possible enemy and civilian kills) "Ghost" (Stealth + Pacifist), and "all medals" (RTA timing with saving / loading / difficulty changes allowed).
