In my playing situation, Duck and PS1/PS2 have different loading times for NTSC-J and NTSC-U. US is faster, I installed the Japanese version from PSN and there was no difference in loading time between US and JP on PSP and PS3. Even if you install the auto splitter and skip the door load, the US version is faster for switching camera angles and going dark during events. I own the JP version and am hesitant to play the currently uncertain duck regulation.

Hello, I have a question about the loading time of PE2.

I ran Speedrun using SCPH90000 and JPN version ROM. However, we gave up on Speedrun because it took longer to load than other runners who used JPN ROM.

Please advise if there is any good way to improve the load time.
