Your battle against the dragons in m4 was very clean mate, but why do you constantly swap troops between the two heroes afterwards? Why not only swap at the end before the big fight?

Does anyone know the spawn locations of the tears of ash and their probabilities? In Queen 5 but also any others as I try to speedrun the other missions.

On easy I don't think getting all the troops in the garrisons etc. is necessary, might save a bit of time overall.

Hey mate, it may be to do with your level up upgrades throughout the run, you want to do logistics/movement but also some combat ones to lose less troops in each fight. It may be worth getting fighting ones earlier then the movement ones so your army can withstand more.
