I know this is 2 years later but i had the same issue and figured it out, i think games fps is tied to your monitors frame rate so i capped the game at 60fps with the NVDIA panel and it works now, not sure how but apparently thats the solution

my loads are actually pretty decent but whenever i perform the glitch it crashes immediately after exiting Ripto no matter what. Plus getting that frame perfect ripto exit level is super painful

I know that Crash N sane cat extensions has a category where you have all the abilities unlocked i was thinking spyro could have one similar were a freeflight mod and all abilities are unlocked for all three games. Just an idea. I know that NG+ is essentially the same thing but it seems only some people can get the glitch to work.

I have a 120% save file for spyro 1 but i dont have the dash or ability to fly around. How do i enable this i cant find anything for it online.

I'm not sure what's wrong with mine, i followed all the steps, it even works correctly on the actual capture thing, (has the tick when its loading etc). I have the asl file as a scriptable autosplitter in the settings and all of my settings are set to game time.

It just doesn't stop the timer i dont know why, (i have the timer set to game time also).

Honestly that would make sense, the N64 has a better processor, and if it's on an emulator the chances are that it will play smoother.

So i'm cool to use that in any mods?

Found a badge that lets you make infinite pons in the workshop, i would assume thats againts the rules but i'll ask anyway if im allowed to use it?
