Would it be alright if we rebound scroll wheel up to right click? This is not a macro, I just mean a simple key rebinding. You need to make sure that only one button (scroll wheel up) is bound to one game input (right click), so this means disabling your right mouse button. Unfortunately, the game doesn't support key rebinding so this requires using your mouse driver.

Rebinding scroll wheel up to right click allows you to do two nice things. Since there's no longer a “grab all” button when leaving the shelter in version 2.2.1, you could pick up stuff faster when leaving the house. If you spam right click as you're entering a map (construction site for example), then you leave immediately, skipping the animation of the character turning around and walking out.
