Iv'e supported this for a long time and continue to support it. it changes nothing with the run and doesn't save any time therefore it should be allowed to reduce headaches from grinding runs.

I see 0 reason that there should be a SS rule in legacy, I don't see why any Portal Category should have a SS only rule, But I do think it's a good idea to just have people specify RTA or SS as the compromise. Let's people do what they want and doesn't limit people who want to do RTA.

Okay, so I submitted a run totally off my time, and I can't delete it. I have no option to delete the run what so ever so now it is stuck on the leaderboard. is there anyway I can fix this?
