Hey I’m not by any means an expert but Kosmics tutorial on YouTube covers a method that allowed for 2 frames of leniency instead of 1 and it barely loses any time.

It is because no one cares about Digital. It's not an official disk, and therefore gives numerous advantages/disadvantages.
