thank u so much i just set it up and it works!

I have tried setting source unpack 2.4 for portal speed runnig but when it comes to demo recordings it wont work at all saying it cannot open the speedrun demo record 2007 plugin .

I dug deeper and followed the inflame portal setup guide and it looks like im missing some files

i tried just making the directors to no succes.

i mesed up its 34 sec

thanks to the MOD that retimed it :)
