I think all categories need a revamp of some kind to be more consistent, especially after new updates. But I'm gonna adress the two big problems I see or the two most "problematic" categories: tutorial and busted% (training)
Tutorial: as of the new update of sep. 16th (or even before that) the tutorial doesn't end after you bust all squads, there is now a fixed timer. So no new run could possibly beat the old runs. Additionally, the layout of the tutorial also changed. I would change the rules, so the timer ends as soon as the last squad is busted. As for the changed layout, idk how much of a change this makes, but i would probably be best to make a new sub-category (e.g. "post sep. 16th update"), so it is still fair grounds and no old run has to be deleted (which would be unfair for the players who made a run before).
Busted% (training): the fastest times seem to be only possible in the lava world training area, because of the inferno dragon. This wouldn't be a problem, if you could select the area you wanna train in. But because this isn't possible (the training area is tied to the world you're currently in), only players 1. who have reached lava world and 2. who stay in lava world (or any world that has such an important enemy for the run) can get a top time. Either we wait for supercell to add the possibility to choose the training area or we get sub-categories equivalent to the different worlds (there would still be the problem, that someone who for example reached lava world, can't participate in busted% training beach world). I guess this would be the best solution until sc adds the possibility to choose the training world. There is a kind of similar problem with the training bots category because once you have an ultra, you can't do a run in classic-super (you can't choose the level to train with). But at least there are different sub-categories so I don't think it's that big of a problem.
