As long as it says 0 saves at the end of the game it is classified as single segment. So you can press continue on the game over screen as many times as you want and it will still be single segment (as long as you still have not saved on that run of course). Multi segment is with 1 or more saves.

Why is there no verification needed for runs? :P

I think they are somewhat similar but there isn't many glitches in peace walker so it is hard to compare them. For the mgs3 3ds version, it will be tested soon hopefully :)

hmm, I have the 3ds version and i would think maybe there is because of the crouch walking and maybe because of how the camo can be anything you take a picture of so there probably is. Would be interesting to see lol.
