They requested to have it privated, but remain on the leaderboards. We have access to the private video at any time for any potential verification issues that might come in future and for general record keeping.
It's exactly what you think it is. It can be recordings of random previous attempts in any category. But if you already have verified runs on the board, it's not entirely necessary.
