I don't think it's a bad thing to allow this skip. If it can be used, I may give a new try to 100%.

What do you mean by rules change?

I just noticed it but in the any% rules it isn't specified that you can't use the skip option in the menu, contrary to the rules of 100%.

That could be a cool idea.
