Hello! While there isn't a video guide to my knowledge, you can learn a lot by simply watching the record holder's run, or people's runs at around the same level as you: this is how I choose which techniques to use. Since you don't have a run yet, I simply suggest you try to get a run under five minutes without using any crazy big techniques, and after that, try using more complicated techniques? That's how I started, and I'm still improving this way. Good luck with your runs anyhow, and have fun!
