What's the actual difference between the Neutral and True Pacifist categories in the speedrun?

When playing in 1.16, some chunks are newly generated where there should be the map. Is being inside those chunks considered OOB?

Does out of bounds mean being out of the map like in any% or is just being in a block between two in-bounds rooms also oob?

This game needs a glitchless category without:

• block clipping
• death abuse
• damage abuse The Any% runs are surely nice to watch but the strats are hard to replicate and not intended by the map creators.

1. I'm not able to skip dialog that fast like in the current WR run, it only skips one line per jump (playing version 1.0.3)

2. Is death abuse, 1.16 item duplication, and relog invincibility abuse allowed? If yes, there should also be a Glitchless category. Also then it should be retimed by IGT.

3. What's the (speedrunning related) difference between v. 1.0.3 and 1.0.1?
