im in, probably not going to stream them (since its hard to get a good camera angle because i dont have a capture card, and i have bad internet), but it wont matter anyway because my pb is a 1:27:28 and sob is 1:26, but good luck to everyone anyway!
For now, you could use a camera, and point it at the monitor with odyssey on it, then save up for a switch capture card later
This is 100% a troll. I know this because I checked his profile, and 22 hours ago, he created that account, posted this, and never returned.
I’m a bit confused, my 28.270 run of beat 1-1 as fire Mario was rejected because it had no video, but, there was a faster time (26.710) done less than a month ago, that didn’t have a video, and that is allowed on the leaderboard. Could someone explain why?
I don’t think the paintings unlock until you actually get to the kingdom itself
1:20 seems like a good cap for any% so far. But categories like Dark Side should have a video requirement until it gets a lot more runs. (Also btw I was first to suggest this, I requested it before the game released)
In 100% you need to get all 880 unique moons, then buy more moons to get your moon count to 999
The problem with requirements for top X is that someone could delete their run in that top X, and the run underneath that top X could have no recording, making that run invadlid. The best way to work it out is if it is a time based thing, you have a time under X, you require a recording.
Really it only matters for what you’re most comfortable with using.
Miziashi: are you talking about any% or another category? I’m pretty sure there isnt a final multi moon at the end of any%
If it’s gonna be a recording based thing I think we should implement it one category at a time, because any% has like 200 runs already and categories like 253 moons and 503 moons don’t have many runs.
19 days has passed and I still cannot change my name to ‘Echo’
What I mean by my family’s privacy is that I don’t have a capture card, and my computer is crap, so I use a crap streaming app on my iPad that was made for irl streams. I’m worried that my family might go in front of the camera and stuff like that. But I might improvise for what i can do to set up the camera
I just finished a run and I didn’t record for my family’s privacy. Before the game released I suggested that we make it a time based thing where if you get under X, you require a recording. Most people agreed to it, could you set it now, if not, could I get a hint for when.
I don’t think it matters what controller you use, all types of controllers use motion controls and it really only matters for what you’re most comfortable with.
