99% sure this error is because you don't have the correct admin rights on your PC to write files to C:\Documents (where your saves are located). I don't think it's anything to do with the game, but rather your Windows permissions

New Game + is basically a rule that states you cannot exploit anything left over from a previous playthrough. Examples are in the game's rules

It's not prohibited in the rules.

As the rules say, you are permitted to remove it if you wish, but it's not a requirement.

You only need to learn another language if you don't know how to play the game lmao

You shouldn't be using the latest version of dxwnd regardless, as older versions work with all versions of VC.

You need to bind your action key to also be secondary fire inside of a vehicle, otherwise holding calls won't work.

Daily reminder that you don't need a leaderboard to do a run

I was in Rotterdam for the weekend, and srcom notifications have been bugged for many people recently. We have lives and sometimes get busy, please don't assume we are ignoring you when we simply have other obligations.

The original intent of city segments was for them to emulate shorter portions of Any%, but due to constant changes in the route it was impossible to keep the segments accurate. An example was using trucking in Badlands to save time in San Fierro, the Badlands WR was impossible to achieve if you were doing the new route.

This and the fact that almost all of the top runners didn't really care for them made it an easy decision to remove them.

This was added years ago and was dead on arrival :/

For what it's worth, you can just use Steam Achievement Manager to re-lock all the achievements for runs of that nature. It's what most communities use for all achievement runs, but it's kinda a pain in the ass
