The rules of all the categories have been updated to be more clear. While some current runs don't follow the exact rules, they're close enough to the point where they'll be left alone for now, but may be reviewed again in the future. Any new runs must follow the new rules or else they'll not be accepted.
While the rules do suggest that the timer must start/end on specific frames, just try to be as accurate as possible; it'll be corrected by me before being accepted anyway.
Okay, if you don't understand the title, or even if you do, please read this body. I will be referring to: https://www.speedrun.com/Make_a_Cake_Back_for_Seconds#Complete_Cake - in this thread. So, if you click it, you can see that it is on the Complete Cake category, which isn't necessary to say really but I am anyway. As you can see, there are the Mobile and PC categories. If somebody could post how to do this with an image of where I go, that'd be preferred however just telling me should be fine. More specifically, the Retro Obby category I'd like to know how to do. So, in the Retro Obby category, you can choose PC, then Damage or No Damage. You can also choose Mobile, then if you took damage. Anyone know how I do that, as well?
Thanks, Doge Master.
Hello everyone,
I recently had my game request for Innovation Labs approved (I did a bit of adding levels to adding full game things bad, I'm gonna sort that out later). However, I am struggling to get the game noticed to speedrunners. The game itself has been played almost 17,000,000 times but I can't seem to get its speedrun.com page noticed. Anyone know how I can promote the page to get more people attempting for World Records?
I just want to actually have fun speed running, going by the "clock" (the world record time). Any good tips? Also, I do not own the game so I cannot advertise the page on the game itself.
