Hey all I know this has been more than likely asked before now, but would the playstation classic be considered an emulator in terms of run submissions. Because I know it is considered an emulator cause is plays pre-insatlled roms but it has a physical box with you know reset, power on/off. I know sounds dumb but you guys are cool. Whatcha think?

is there any possibility of co-op categories in the future I would love to run this with my wife who plays this with me often.

I would like to try to speedrun this game but there are no canegories atm will there be some so that I can run maybe a co-op one as well my wife and I love this game and think it would be a neat idea

I have a quick question can there be a category for co-op 9 cause my wife and I really like to play it together) or is it restricted to only 1p runs?

I have the mine version of the snes that contains super mario kart a game i loved from a young age can I use that to submit runs?. If so would I have to submit them as emulator or console since it's kinda both in a way.

I was watching the WR video by LRock and I was wondering how the bosses were stunlocked as I want to try to run this game soon and was looking for advice and that came up.

Now i know sometimes that some emulators are better. I prefer vba or bgb but can they be used for "WR" runs cause I saw on the red/blue top notch was an emulated run. I only ask cause I cannot afford a new system to get a super gameboy 2. I really fell in love with speedrunning and run kirby atm but want to try at pokemon games can you tell me specifically what is okay as perhaps the rules are a little different and just not posted as such?.
