If you die while pouring Gary's food then the game will essentially think you're alive and dead at the same time so you end up softlocking from not being able to move but also not being able to restart.
Tbh, I never thought about having all aces for Character RTA but I guess I could look into adding it since it probably should exist realistically.
Category sounds way too arbitrary to justifiably be added to the main board even as a misc category. I feel like something like this would maybe exist only if AtC ever has a category extensions board.
Based on observation, moving diagonally seems slower than moving in a straight line in the direction you need to go but I haven't actually timed that in an isolated scenario.
Jay is currently focusing on getting his irl situation sorted out so no probably not for a while if ever unfortunately. However I'm sure that once I can give the game more publicity, other wr contenders will show up to take his place. I'm gonna be available for the entirety of July so that gives me some time to get the game out there.
I think there could also be All Spatulas and All Tokens categories since you get a trophy ingame for both. It could probably also include the respective minigame for both.
Having categories for levels based on difficulty sounds interesting. I had the idea of having a category that does the longest level for every character but that would probably be too similar to other categories. Also for a "no rng" category, I was thinking it could be narrowed down to like a "no item rng" category or something since as you said, basically every level has some level of rng in it.
I'd probably count Larry's Gym as a daytime level too. Tutorial could probably also be in there if we wanna have a category with Tutorial in it.
Eh idk, I think there are already enough rng-heavy categories on the boards. If anything, I think there should be some primarily skill-based categories like All Daytime Levels or something.
Currently we don't have any leads for new strats but there are probably many small optimizations that can be done in various levels that in total save a notable amount of time.

Someone in the server reached out to me to add this game to it, which I thought was a great idea, so now the game has a place to ask questions or share discoveries in the #pc-fan-games channel! If the game gains more traction at some point, I'll consider having an entirely separate server for it.
I run and moderate a pc UE4 game and I was wondering if there's someone I should contact for making a load remover?
Added not-applicable times in Ace Completion for levels that don't have ace completion requirements. Sorry for the notifications.
Yeah, I agree. I can look into how to manage a discord server this week and probably have an atc server up and running soon.
As of now, all non-IL runs should be submitted without milliseconds unless it's a tied WR to avoid the inconsistency of some categories using milliseconds and others not.
For Treedome, you can probably just copy the movement of another runner or try to experiment with different routes you can get away with for some of the pieces. There are some juking spots near the treehouse that you can use to maneuver around Nut Alarm due to it not being able to jump off ledges. For Rock Bottom, you want to stay a little bit off the road so you don't have to worry about the Parasitic Worm and just flash the Alaskan Bull Worm from whichever direction the sound of rumbling is coming from (you can move the camera back and forth to be able to accurately determine where the sound is coming from with headphones).
