Washington, USAFor a while I was running on 190p. Even then they verified as long as I turned up resolution after the run and zoomed in.
If you kept your original assembly csharp than you can replace the one you put in managed with that one.
If not, you can just use steam to downpatch to 1221 and then immediately turn it back to 1578. That'll get rid of the savestates.
By "input," I just mean you are recording HK. Is the issue with frame rate? You can help that by turning down resolution a lot and selecting the "bilinear" downscale filter. This can be found by going to settings and then video.
EDIT: I also recommend turning down game resolution as well. This can be done on 1578 by just dragging the screen to make it smaller in windowed mode and then selecting "borderless."
Did you add HK as an input? There are several things involved in recording with obs, so could you describe the problem in more detail?
In a month maybe but in the past it has taken 2-3 weeks sometimes when the queue is really full. Right now I'm assuming it's fuller than usual, but don't worry if it's only been a week or so.
Also, it will depend on which category you submitted to. The length of the run and (in certain cases) how active the category is can play a role.
People do boss speedkills. It'd be interesting to see what people think of making it into a category since that would be a LOT of new categories and none of them really feel like a level. Still, there are some pretty cool speedkills up on YT.
As far as I know, steam can only downpatch to public beta, 1221, and 1432. (without depot downloader ofc)
I know some ILs allow Mini Savestates, but yha, not health bars. Those would actively make things easier since keeping track of boss HP is important fairy often.
