I tried over and over to get an earlier cycle but it seems just barely out of reach. I think maybe a TAS can do it, but unsure if humanly possible. If only one finds a setup to get more speed to the Backpack it could be done, but I couldn't find anything.

Now I also do a bit different ending that JustMog, I found that just hooking straight up after climbing seems the easiest for me, so that's what I stuck with even if probably not the fastest way. It can be improved further but it's an annoying level so I will stop here for now.
