I may have found a 2 second timesave widepeepohappy
Basically I press and hold X and B (not sure if B is necessary) (X is Text skipping and B is shift or X on keyboard) while the name is fading and it saves some time as the cutscene at the beginning speeds up a bit.
3:56 is possible with a faster encounter and getting the circle move from whimsun but I'm pretty with this
