Improvement of my previous dance pad % run of 2:11, to a more respectable sub 2-hours.

There's obviously a lot of improvement to be had here by not dying and playing better, but I will leave that exhausting exercise to some better player.

B and A are automatically mapped to the UL and UR directions on the pad respectively. DL and DR are not used. The timer may appear to stop mid run but it continues to count up until the run completion.
