Going forward, Twitch highlights won't be accepted as video proof in run submissions. Since we can't predict what Twitch is going to do with highlights in the future, either by limiting the hours even further or just straight up removing them, I thinks it's best to avoid using highlights going forward to ensure nothing gets lost.
