I'm afraid I wasn't videoing this but I have included a link to a photo of the leaderboard in-game I took right after setting the time. I hope this is acceptable evidence. I can send you a video of me turning on the console and navigating through to the leaderboard if you'd like extra assurance. This lap time was made on a Japanese N64 console playing the USA version of the game. Thanks!
