I took it to mean as long as the pills end up in the right place it doesn't matter if you spin them a bunch or wiggle them left and right. Is that not the case?

WiiUVC is an official emulated version of the NES game by nintendo. I would hope that is good enough reason not to delete Serima's as it is arguably more of an official version than the emulator.

I was wondering if there are community golds set in place; i.e. everyone posts their golds for each segment and the shortest per segment are treated as the community's gold. If that isn't a thing I would be curious to see if something like that could be done.

As far as I can tell, yes they're still eligible. The slowest 0-10 run has a restart at level 10.
