a glitch would be doing something like the wall jump glitch or wall clipping glitch where it is unintended or not required to complete a floor/tower.

To be honest, the update was only a visual update for both maps. It doesn't really change much of the map entirely so removing the runs with the old version isn't really necessary.

Added a new rule to the Any% no Cheats category and the Any% category, that you must record your run. If you're wondering why we must record it, it's to prove to us that your runs is not fake and/or to prove that any hacks was not used during your run.
