I think this goes without saying but there will be someone who tries or asks about this, for ng+ runs someone could just start a run and do only the last checkpoint of each chapter or even just select the last checkpoint of the last chapter get to verse 8 and that would be valid under the current rules. Unless that is what the community wants from ng+ I think it should be explicitly stated that runs must start each chapter from the beginning of each chapter.
