Although I agree with you 100%, I still think it'd be easier if you guys had a "time without loads" column, to make things fair, because not everyone has a heavenly NASA-level super computer.
Either way, if you don't do your run legitimate, it'll most likely be denied. Unless you made your illegitimate run so smooth with no issues.
That's why we have people who know how to identify an illegitimate run. With action replays and TASes considered to be illegitimate speedruns (which they are), they can identify whether it's done by a computer or done by a human who messed with the game using a hex editor if they're using an emulator. @JustAnotherCatMeme you can use your phone and stream it on Twitch or some other streaming platform. you dont need to waste storage on 1 - 2 hour speedruns.

I've been making a TAS for a while now until I came upon a problem; I kept running into the spiny egg whenever I was following Kosmicd12's tutorial from here:
Even when I land on the second step on the stairs and do a full jump, I run into the spiny egg.

The reason this shouldn't be on every level is because a compilation isn't a run, it's a compilation. What you could do is crop the video into it's own, and submit it into the leaderboards. Won't be WR, but at least a start.

I don't believe it would be faster because as soon as the computer gets a signal to click, or in this case, touch the screen, it would take the same amount of time. Even if it was allowed, it would all depend on your reflexes to touch the screen as fast as you could. To test it, it would depend if you're fast enough to match or beat the WR for the category.
I have a touchscreen monitor, and it works well, but I barely use it. I would test it, but I think I already debunked the theory of this method being faster.

I don't believe this should be a category, and here's why.
Simply missing rollcall takes the same amount of time in any prison in the game, and if everyone did it, the times would get hogged in ties for 1st place. Unless there is a faster strategy that is faster than missing rollcall, the category shall be an idea for now.
Remember: just an idea for now. We should let this forum post remain for there might be a strategy that's faster than skipping rollcall that we haven't found yet.

I'm trying to speedrun Banned%, when the penguin already has an email from 10MinuteMail, GetNada, or any other temporary email service provider, I get a message saying... well you already can tell by the title. Making a gmail or an outlook acc seems to slow. Is there another option to get this to work?

I saw a world record of 33.833 by Camelogical and I kind of want to do that. Too bad Club Penguin doesn't exist anymore ;-;
But with that said, I saw that CPR had a speedrun.com link so I went and found no Banned%. ;-;

The way I recommend getting the thousandth of a second to prevent confusion is to use VirtualDub. VirtualDub is an old program, so you're going to need a plugin in order to allow VirtualDub to open any video file.
I use mp4s or flvs, so in order to get them to work, I use the VirtualDub FFMPEG Input Plugin (https://bit.ly/2z8fY4f) in order to open any of them. Go frame by frame using the arrow keys.
This is also how I got my thousandth of a second in my runs.
