Default beatmaps change over time, what should happen to the category when it's changed? (yes they change like once every two years but they still change.)

That said, would support. Maybe have this category only allow the hardest diffs, since the easy mode spam just isn't fun to run and there's a limit on how difficult these maps are.

I saw mmore cut 30 seconds off the WR that I uploaded a day after his. He has a New 3DS, which has faster load times. I timed the splits of how long it actually took to complete each stage during our speedrun.

Zakzedd splits 3 4 4.25 7.5 14.4 - mii 32 - Master hand 65.15

mmore splits 1.84 8.4 2 2.5 21.5 - mii 21.1 - Master hand 57.35

The only real differences is that I had some bad rng with master hand at the end and mmore used a slower character/stratagy for miis. The total difference is 7.8 seconds, which is substantially smaller than the difference between the real difference.

The New 3ds also comes with a c-stick, which is so vital when swinging the bat. Just another factor for the New 3ds users.

So while yes, he does have a much better time than I do, the old/new 3ds should probably be added to the categories along with emulators...
