I know for the 360 you dont have to be logged in I used to play this on my 360 but I would be running on console.
So I installed qos by transferring all of the install files to a folder and then taking the CD out, and running the game installation, (For other games like Nancy Drew and stuff this would let you play the game without having to put the CD in every time) and I was wondering if there is a way I can do that here with qos.
So this is one of the games I loved playing as a kid, especially online, and was one of the only reasons why I would want to buy an xbox gold membership (lol) I think I might take this up because this seems like a pretty short game, but also really tricky, so is there any tips or small things that I might overlook while watching runs, or for routing or anything like that?
Ahhh I see, thank you very much for the reply, so would I just have to put each file in as I want to play that mission or does just putting every file at once work for me? And for applying the patch, do I just drop the files in the root of where the game is installed?
What are the save files for, I don't believe they are ever explained, at least I haven't seen it. Are they for like save states? or for practice?
And are you able to skip the opening cutscene somehow? watching it every time is getting pretty annoying.
I've been wanting to since I first initially beat it but the time is what mostly got me to not, and I noticed that there are some videos on him doing the glitches, but nothing really explaining them as he is doing them. Or how to apply the patch to the game
Are there any specific tutorials for learning this game, like using the 'coins' or whatever they are called for teleporting, and for the glitches that are being used? I would like to learn the speedrun this game, and just watching the runs doesn't really help me learn anything.
