Thanks for the information guys. I legitimately wasn't aware of CyberScore before writing this post. Now I not only have a place to post individual Smash events and Mario Party minigames with records.
On the Super Smash Bros. Melee page for this website, there's a level leaderboard section partially dedicated to individual events. I thought this would be a good thing for this page to have, especially with difficulty subcategories. Any thoughts?
The Super Smash Bros. for Wii U page on this website fixes this problem for its All-Star Mode by having only one time to submit and having the rules make that time the IGT. See any of that page's All-Star Mode leaderboards for what I'm talking about.
The rules for the All-Star Mode category state that IGT is the main timing method for it. However, it seems that RT is taking precedent for sorting the times on the leaderboards for that category, as well as Boss Battles. Whether the rules are wrong or the leaderboards are wrong, something needs to be changed to make the category less confusing to submit for.
Yes, as this video shows. I'll leave it up to you and the other moderators decide if Password% is unique enough to warrant it's own category, or if the Password% runs should just go to 5-4 on the Level Leaderboard.
I have an idea for a new speedrunning category for this game. It's called Password%, similar to the category found on Revenge of The Flying Dutchman (GBA). I've seen at least one Password% run on YouTube (not called as such). Can anyone make a new category for this game through submissions, or does a moderator have to add it in. I'm interested in knowing and seeing if anyone else is open to it.
Might want to put these videos in the Resources section so that it doesn't get as easily lost for those looking for any time save strats.
