Matolog if anyone happened to get the set seed's seed in a random seed category, it is likely that the mods or the mc speedrunning cummunity would have to make a descision on what would happen. Because as far as I know there aren't any specific rules for that matter yet. This is because, like you said, the chance to actually get the right seed being so small ( 1 / 2^64, i.e very small) that it's virtually impossible to ever happen.

lort_Z I'd say it's a gray area. On the one hand all scripts are banned from actual runs and since there has to be footage of the creation of the world and of setting the difficulty you couldn't hide the script, thereby making it obvious you're using one wich could cause suspicion. On the other hand timing for the run starts on the first input and what happens before is not part of the run, therefore it's technically legal to use one for it, if you want to be suuuper specific. To me the cons outweigh the pros since as the others have mentioned it only takes around a second to create a world manually and set the difficulty, especially once you're used to doing so. Also your runs would have a much higher chance of being called fake or scripted if you're actually using a script just before the run starts.

The current ssg (non peaceful) seed is extremely consistant and almost every run can get to the end with a quick time whereas the ssgp (p -> peaceful) seed is extremely inconsistant this is also reflected in the number of attempts it took to get the WR (ssg ~1500 // ssgp 13000+). Long story short trading is probably faster than nether yet a village is rarely close to a snowy biome which would allow for easy projectiles. This means you'd have to do the run bedless and that would make the whole thing very grindy and unenjoyable. Atm there is no good seed known that would have a village and snow.
