A few notes:

Step Jump: Run about half a step forward before jumping to increase your height. If you run for too long you will get the regular running jump which has slightly less altitude.

Slopes: Jump while running up or into a steep slope to get a higher jump. This can be used lots of places to get out of bounds. You can traverse very steep slopes like this.

Invisible Walls: Some places do have invisible walls, however many places you can get out of bounds and only what you see has collision making all sorts of shortcuts possible. Furthermore, the invisible colliders typically has a finite hight, so sometimes you can get on top of them.

Vines: On vines going over wall you can hold crouch and backwards to resist the forward push at the end of the climb sequence. This lets you stay on top of the wall, which is normally out of reach.

Swimming: We have not entirely figured out the logic of swimming. Best guess at the moment is that the camera direction is crucial.

VSync: You can enable vsync in the settings. We have so far found one trick which only works with vsync enabled. The trick is squeezing in between two rocks and being slowly pushed upwards to a platform where you can reach the third wooden stick in the area with the raising water. Other similar cases where you get squeezed might behave similarly.

timgarbos and I explored Aporia across a few weeks. We kept finding new tricks, which eventually led to us recording a run. It seems likely that this game still contain things to be discovered.

This thread is for explaining tricks and discussing possible improvements to the run.

If you have any questions feel free to ask :)
