If you own a public twitter account (one that isnt private) and have been known to cause enough drama to have it brought to the attention of a head mod or any mod in general of the tweets you have made, keeping a tab on the user is nothing more then typical mod duties.

As Nice as that would be is has been disallowed for pc players as not every player has access to controllers or the means to use them with their pc, making it a hardware dependent trick that isn't allowed I am sorry. Swapping any form of hardware mid run to gain a competitive advantage is against the rules.
