When I use alt space buffer,I freeze the game at the third soul flash,but sometimes I can get the skip,sometimes not.I wonder,is this is normal in the Mad Dummy Skip？

When I use the Toriel warp to transfer,I use the first text box to transfer(the picture) and I can’t move after it.Now I see the vedio,but the vedio just have one sentences,how can I make the Toriel just talk one sentence

I heard about a new Toriel warp but this vedio I have some suspicious, so can anybody help to answer wether this is true or not
