I am pretty sure that the Blacksite seed is 3. It appeared on top of the screen with this glitch: Me and someone else did a glitch where we did the financier speedrun lobby and click on Ironman and started an Ironman Rookie game, we completed the Blacksite with the same RNG from Ironman Rookie.

Sadly, we can't continued this journey as it didn't teleport us to the next mission, The Financier.
