@Creedeth Okay I might have found a (minor) timesave (saves around a minute or two). Starting from leaving Link's house, you backflip, backwalk for a bit, sidehop left twice, and then cross the 3 blocks to the Shop. (get 5 Rupees) Enter the shop, and get the other 5 Rupees. Buy a Deku Stick, exit the Kokiri Shop, and equip it on any C slot. Do the WESS Escape using a Deku Stick instead of a sword. All that for a minor time-save. Guess this is what speedrunning is.

11 days later, I haven't beat my PB, even after learning Test Chambers 8, 10, 11, and 14 (was already using 14)

I got Ganondoor and for the first time ever I didn't get sent to the Deku Tree cutscene, but instead, a blackscreen where my Wii crashed and I had to restart my Wii. I'm using the OOT Practice Wad. (edit) nvm i just have to save at links house

So I'm practicing Ganondoor and I got it, but it sent me to the Deku Tree cutscene. I think it's because I didn't hold Z. (edit) Nope, still not working. Is there something I missed? I do the 7 backflips, followed by OI, wait for the camera to go to Link, press B, walk a few steps, swing the sword, target, and walk left. After I get over the bump, I side-hop until I reach the wall. I turn to face the wall on the left of the door, backwalk to the door, and, while still holding Target, I enter the door.
