So I decided to speedrun this game, but I can't find any tutorials for Any % No Airwalk. I've got the most of clipping but it's nothing even remotely as consistent or fast as other people's nor can I even figure out the wall climb for the first part of Ch. 2. Is there one hiding somewhere that I don't known about?
You can find older videos on youtube for tips and tricks as most of what can be done on the PS3 version can be done on the PS4 version just that the result can be slightly different at times.
I might when I'm not busy make some videos with controller overlay and credit various people for originally finding the strats/glitches as I had already promised someone I would do that. I suppose if anyone has any objections to that then I'm more than happy to not do it. If people are happy I can then post the videos in the guides section.
Keep at it Otaku, if people are fine with it i'll try and get them done as soon as possible, only one I may not be able to perform is the vine launch (ps4) unless I can dig out an older video where I performed it..I think my current video on youtube had a successful launch but the video isn't that good in general.
I wouldn't have done full tutorials, just mainly the basics that people would look out for in terms of a basic run. As an example a couple of people have actually asked me before how to do the chapter 2 wall climb one whilst I was ahem..failing my runs FailFish . I in the past have searched for these things and perhaps its because the age of some of the videos but they are harder to find. I know digging into these forums brings up some other stuff as well but yeah...
I don't mind doing basic ones for those who are new to it all, but if people are against it then I won't. But I do agree that Vine Launch shouldn't even be considered unless you've pretty much perfected the run and you can't improve time anywhere else (not at least to a considerable amount for a better split).
Also, every wall is different and you start learning what get's you through each wall the easiest, i.e different angles and different speeds of mashing. So if you are having trouble with any individual clip, I suggest that you try different stuff.
