Because emulators are way to inacurate. Depending on how good your pc is load times are faster or slower. As for the game, it's not expensive in general. You can find it for >10 bucks.
does anyone know what capture card would be good for ps2 thats also cheap? i have the game but i only have one of the ps4/ps3 capture cards (elgato) so rip me?
What Capture Card do you have? If it is the Elgato Game Capture HD it works. I think it only does not work with Elgato Game Capture HD60
i have elgato game capture hd60S, but if there was an easy converter from hdmi that wouldnt butcher quality too bad i could go for that
For PS2 emulation the only "decent" emulator at the time of writing this is PCSX2. PCSX2 for this game in general is bad as it would require hacks to make it render correctly. (This applies to a lot of games in the emulator's 16 year lifespan. Compare PCSX2's development choices to Dolphin and let the disappointment set in.) It's also bottlenecked by its own developers. So unless you modify the code it to run at the full advantage (and so you can run at Software so you wouldn't rely on hacks) you've pretty much got nothing. Also there was a time where PCSX2 would crash/hang at Classroom Chaos.
As for Xbox emulation... it's improving not near decent at all but it's improving. Even though for this game it's PS2 > Xbox.
