The current runs have no rules listed, even such as when to start/stop the timer. Shall we decide on some?

Yes, this is important. In my runs, I began the timer more or less as soon as I hit "New Game" However, for trails that need to be unlocked, it might have to be as soon as you enter the character select screen (Which is mostly the same)

Should we start developing some then? Since a few of us are all interested in running seems we should all be running the same thing a least.

I was thinking as soon as you press A on the character you're going to play as?

Yes, we should find something to agree on. I think your suggestion could work, if everyone agrees, then I will make that the rule.
