Ok, so...this is an efficiency thing I figured out when I was learning Ghost Woohoo to try and get a better time (ultimately got me the WR).

Elder Sims can die from overexertion very easily, and that includes from WooHoo. This is a far more consistent/faster way to kill sims, thus creating ghosts, than the usual walled-in pool or accidental fire methods one would usually use. So this is the new routing I would suggest for doing Ghost WooHoo (at least with no expansions, and thus, no way to kill with hypothermia)

Sim Creation: Aspiration - Romance (For better flirting chances)
Attributes - Romance (for same as above), Highly suggest the Lazy/Slob combo that is used in CPS %

Route:

Lazily Nap on the couch (house shouldn't matter much, since all the cheap ones have couches near the door) till the Welcome Wagon comes. If no elders are in the welcome wagon try to search for them on screen to chase down to interact with, or reset.

Welcome Wagon - Flirt with an Elder aged sim until you can get the first kiss unlocked then flirt/interact a few more times and get them to WooHoo. Once you WooHoo, keep doing it until the elder dies (up to 5 times in a row).

Strengthen the physical connection to the urn and sugar skull pray asap

Lazily Nap/sleep and manage needs until ghost shows up (usually around 2nd night after they die)
