Changed from previous rules to make the retiming more accurate to Livesplit
Runs start from first frame of "wheel freeze" Runs end at first frame of full black (if applicable) Else runs ends first frame of Livesplit stopping (for Bhogavati) or for the first frame of the 'E' input press (Out of Time)

A clarification has been made in the general rules tab to explicitly ban the for the LAU series for speedrunning. Whilst it was already banned before, this change should make it easier for future players and runners to understand. A
