Incorporated some optimizations I found during my full tutorial run slightly improving my former WR.

Former description: Okay, some improvements to the strat here: (+) Moving 2 of the 3 Docks closer to the incoming Freighters (Note: at which Dock the hired workers spawn seems to be RNG and you can't demolish buildings in the Tutorial) (+) Reduced number of Libraries from 6 to 4 in order to gain back time lost while moving the Docks (+) Library entrances now always point towards the Dock (+) Libraries now also get the +25% efficiency perk (which I didn't even notice they had before :D) (+) Some minor improvements to menuing (hotkey for Library, passing both edicts without closing the window, ...)
