Rules state drastic is authorized. No clear explanation on required on screen for specific emulator. Hope this will be accepted

Mod note: I guess since the other two runs were accepted at the time I'll finally accept this one, too. (Also I think there is a deadline on verifying runs.) Hopefully I can test the emulator soon and we'll have better, more complete, rules.
