Added milliseconds for submitting with this game being short, for more accurate times in case tied records happen in the same second.

And on a side note, remember mods on SRC have a life so give it some time if your runs aren't verified before we can accept them. Give it three weeks/a month usually if nothing has been done before contacting site moderators, as also being alone moderating doesnt help if i'm busy doing something else.
