So many mistakes, sub 30 would be easy. Sub 28 probably possible with a bit of route cleanup. Splits between 2 and 10 are all messed up so don’t pay attention to them. I’m not convinced the final few quests are even worth the trip back. Probably better to just grind out the last missing 1.5 level before you turn in chetwood quests.
