DESCRIBTION / INFORMATION: I finally hit my Goal of 45.999 with a 45.894, I am so happy!
I have Retimed: (60 ÷ 60.09881300000161) × 45.97 = 45.894417249138117087075062324966 I have started timer 2 frames early but at the 3rd frame the time was 0.03, which is 2nd and 3rd frames, kinda weird, and stop was on 45.96 + 1 frame = 45.97

Just wanted to announce a new change to timing methods for both 11x categories. The new timing standards are as follows:
- Timing starts from power-on/reset (or game select if you're using one of the combo cartridges).
- Timing ends on grabbing the axe on the 11th run.
