Some risky movements were made, as well as some very clumsy movements were made. Going to sub 14 minutes seems to be possible, but it's extremely tough since you need to stay small due to the power-up transformation time, as well as warp pipe exits losing time if you're big... Rolling Super Stars is literally all you need, such as in 1-4, 7-4 and 8-2 to name a few. Good luck with that though! :')
